I thought it would be fun to get an Easter Brunch thread going! Below are links to some of my very favorite brunch recipes that I have blogged (so far) that I think would pair perfectly with Easter morning!
Please feel free to share a link to your favorite brunch recipe below in the comments! We have already decided that we will be making this Sunday: cheese blintzes with a fresh berry sauce and a side of apple chicken sausage. BUT, I want to make a carrot cake for dessert and am still on the hunt for the perfect recipe… hint hint 😉
If I were to pick one favorite from the links below, it hands-down would be the corn dog bites. Think of them more like piggies in a blanket, but with more flavor and texture in the batter, at a more snack-able size.

Pancake Corn-Dog Bites – this recipe comes from one of my all-time favorite ladies, the Pioneer Woman! They are one of my absolute brunch favorites! Pancake “Corn-Dog” Bites, My New Fav Dish for Trendy Brunches!
Homemade hash-browns – seriously guys, if you have never tried making your own fresh hash-browns instead of picking up a bag at the grocer, this Easter is the time to try it! I love how fresh and fluffy they are: Scratch Hashbrowns
Less of a traditional Easter Brunch recipe, but one of my all-time favorites for brunch, Croque Madamme: Croque Madamme – One of my favorite brunch foods
K I’m coming to your house for Easter brunch! Everything you are making sounds so good! Those crepes look divine as well!

Your brunch is making me wish it was Easter Sunday all over again! I only made a carrot cake 😉 I agree about the homemade hash browns – SO much more delicious than from a bag!
Looks tasty!!
