Siren Song Winery Lake Chelan

When we decided to visit Lake Chelan for our Mother’s Day trip this year, my hubby asked me what I wanted to do while there. It was still early in the season so the lake levels were low (not to mention the water icy cold) so wine tasting was my very easy pick for the weekend. 🙂

There are SO MANY great wineries in a dense little area around the lake, and we have a list of favorites that we always go to. I find it hard to break away from my good old stand-by’s but this time we did and were so thankful to discover this absolutely stunning winery – Siren Song!!

First of all, the winery is perched perfectly just up a small hill from Lake Chelan (south shore side), so it is very close to downtown and beaches, and the views are spectacular. Approaching the winery, are lead up a hill to a large circular driveway, and the building itself reminds me of a Tuscany meets California kind of feel.

Not only are they a winery, but they have a small bistro and offer cooking classes!! When you walk in the door you are hit with delicious aromas of herbs and bread cooking since they have pizzas baking fresh in their woodfire oven.

You walk through a beautiful arched entryway into a grand entrance that has an indoor tasting room on the left and kitchen/dining room on the right. If you head straight back out a set of French Doors, you are lead out onto their patio with absolutely killer views.

Out on the back patio, to your left is a big open area for all guests, and to the right they have a private shaded outdoor area exclusive for wine club members. There is seating galore, both in and out of the shade. I already let my husband know that I want a membership here as a push present after our next kid, HAHA!

We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the tasting. Their wines are absolutely spectacular, and I was floored by how reasonable their pricing was. For reds, the “Auberge” was my favorite, and whites, I tried a glass of what they call “le Fluert” which was basically my dream wine for summer… so light, floral, and flirty, which I was told is how the wine earned its name 🙂

We already have plans to come back on our July friends Chelan trip since we figured this would be the PERFECT couples date-night out venue (they often have live music on Fridays), and my hubby and I hope to come back for a cooking class later in the season. I would be especially thrilled if I could take them up on one of their bread making classes!

I absolutely suggest visiting Siren Song Winery on your next trip to Chelan, because I know you will absolutely LOVE this place and their wines as much as I do!! <3
