Before this recipe, I had NEVER made or tried Monkey Bread before. I honestly had no idea what it was all about! I can't say I have figured out where the name came about, but what I CAN say is I now know why everyone swears this is such an addicting dessert! It is relatively simple and requires more patience while your dough rises than anything else.
