My Recipe for the Easiest Alfredo Sauce

With all this time spent at home lately, we are attempting to make the most of things with some good home cooking. Not only does some comfort food do the soul good, but it also is pretty darn affordable to make. This Alfredo sauce recipe is mostly milk, butter, and flour... all super cheap ingredients! You can make this to go with pasta, chicken, or even scoop it up with some nice warm bread. It is so creamy and delicious and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

My Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe!

Over the years, there is one recipe I make that I am overwhelmingly asked to share every year around the holidays, and this is it! This sweet potato casserole is so easy to make, and though it is not healthy by any means, I find it to be the right mix of sweetness and savory. It was in demand to the point where my recipe card went missing for a while, but has since been returned and now I can blog it, haha! I hope you enjoy my favorite sweet potato casserole recipe!

What is “Royal Icing” Anyways?

What is Royal Icing anyways? I have wondered this for years and am finally tackling this type of icing. Pan Seared Scallops With a Bacon Cream Sauce

I feel like all you need to do is read the title of this recipe to know that it is friggin delicious. A few months back, I would have never thought to eat scallops in a heavier cream sauce like this, but then an experience dining out where I had BAKED scallops in a lovely flavorful sauce just like this sold me for life! Scallops. Bacon. Cream. This recipe is a winner!
