We love to get outdoors as a family, but adding a baby to our life obviously adds a little complication to things... there is so much to pack, carry, assemble, and so on! We decided to take our littlest on her first camping trip this summer but were only brave enough to do so in cabins. Dad's Diner is one of the best restaurant discoveries I have made in the past few years. From their home-smoked meats, fresh made breads and pretty much scratch-everything, this place packs a serious flavor punch!
