An Official Goodbye to Summer

This was our first summer as a family of 4, and there was a lot I wanted to squeeze into it! About half way through the season I panicked feeling like summer totally got away from us, so I paused and wrote an "end of summer bucket list" to document all the things I really wanted to accomplish by the end of the season. Here is a look back at what we got done - some amazing times were had here in the Northwest!

My Seattle (end of) Summer Bucket List

Summer is coming to an end, but it isn't over yet! I am a big goal writer - if you write it down on a list that you can check off I think you are so much more likely to do it. So, I am writing down my summer bucket list, the last few items I want to do here in the northwest before summer is over!

Mid-Summer Check in… can’t believe July is coming to an end!

This summer is flying by at a heartbreaking rate! With a busy job and two kiddos it seems like time is flying by. My baby is already 9 months old, how is that possible?! How to Stay Safe This SeaFair Weekend

Let me start by saying that SeaFair weekend is one of my most favorite weekends of the year here in the Northwest. Happy Fleet Week everyone!

Summer Blogging Struggles & Belated Bucket List

Summer 2017 is officially going by way too fast! We have already had the chance to do some super fun activities such as BBQ'ing out with friends, dined out on the waterfront in Kirkland, took our daughter to her first movie in Woodinville, and hit a concert at Marymoor Park. We have trips planned to Roche Harbor and Lake Chelan, in addition to plans to hit up Bumbershoot. What are we missing, and what are you up to Seattle?

Siren Song Winery Lake Chelan

I don't know how it took us so long to discover this BEAUTIFUL winery on Lake Chelan, but I am so glad we gave them a chance! We visited Siren Song on a trip to Lake Chelan in the spring and were absolutely enamored by the ambiance, entertainment, views, and of course the wine! More details and where exactly to find them included in the details of this post. Cheers!
