Walla Walla is the home to one of our favorite Washington Wineries - Forgeron Cellars! If you are a fan of French reds, then this winery is for you. Bonus- they have a satellite tasting room in Woodinville wine country too!
Cairdeas Winery is a cute tasting room on the Manson side of Lake Chelan, just around the corner from Benson Vineyards. Their wines are delicious, affordable, and their view is spectacular! If you are checking out wineries near Manson, I would absolutely add Cairdeas to your list!
Lake Chelan Winery is one of my favorite places to wine taste in Chelan. Not only are their wines fantastic, but they have the cutest shop inside, including a MASSIVE cheese counter!
Another Lake Chelan feature - this time I am sharing one of my favorite brunch spots! Once you discover Sorrento's Ristorante you will become a regular when in Chelan, because you just can't beat the ambiance! Oh yeah... they do brunch 😉
If you are interested in a nice dinner out while visiting Lake Chelan, Campbell's Pub and Veranda is a place I would absolutely suggest checking out! You do not have to be a guest of Campbell's Resort to dine here, and the views and location are unbeatable. So is their wine list, if you ask me! 🙂
Lake Chelan is one of my favorite go-to getaways as a Washingtonian. The lake is crystal ice blue and fresh, the wineries are abundant, and so is the sun! If Western Washington's weather is giving you the blues, be sure to escape for a quick trip to Lake Chelan. We are sure to do it at least once a summer! Tips on where to camp, wine taste, dine out all included.
The Cherry Chalet is a quaint but modern Bed and Breakfast just outside of Walla Walla. It is a short driving distance to many wineries of interest, and features a fresh home cooked breakfast each morning. Plus, they are family friendly! Something hard to find in wine country.
L'Ecole No. 41 is one of my favorite wineries in Washington State! They are located in Eastern Washington just outside of Walla Walla, and are well established as one of the older and accomplished vineyards in the area. Their Reisling and Luminesce are two of my favorite white wines for sipping, and their Estate Perigee and Syrah are two beautiful reds that I love to hang onto for a special occasion!
The Lobo Hills PGR is a delicious and versatile floral and citrusy white wine. Coming from the Yakima Valley which is one of Washington's wine country areas, this is something I absolutely recommend you try!
Where to glamp in eastern Washington; Methow Valley tents near Winthrop Washington.
