Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi in downtown Bellevue has been getting a ton of buzz since opening. Part of the buzz was how crazy the pricing is! I however gave them a try for lunch and enjoyed a fantastic 3-course, prix fixe menu for $31 and it was worth so much more. Details on my experience here!

Dad's Diner is one of the best restaurant discoveries I have made in the past few years. From their home-smoked meats, fresh made breads and pretty much scratch-everything, this place packs a serious flavor punch! They are so much more than a diner and when visiting Anacortes be sure to make a stop to fill up!
Cinque Terre is an Italian restaurant in Seattle, somewhat obviously named after the foodie destination in Italy. This modern Seattle restaurant has been a buzz locally, so we decided to give it a try! Full review in post - be sure to check out other Seattle destinations in my "Visit Seattle" tab!
If you are interested in a nice dinner out while visiting Lake Chelan, Campbell's Pub and Veranda is a place I would absolutely suggest checking out! You do not have to be a guest of Campbell's Resort to dine here, and the views and location are unbeatable. So is their wine list, if you ask me! 🙂
