2020 was a hard year - so many families coped by finding new ways to enjoy more time safely enjoying nature, and we for sure were one of them! This is the start of the story of our RV purchase, and our goals to sustainably furnish it and bring this old gem back to life.
Amavi Cellars is a must visit when checking out the south side of Walla Walla. One of their most notable features is their big deck perfect for watching the sunset... amazing views!
The Cherry Chalet is a quaint but modern Bed and Breakfast just outside of Walla Walla. It is a short driving distance to many wineries of interest, and features a fresh home cooked breakfast each morning. Plus, they are family friendly! Something hard to find in wine country.
L'Ecole No. 41 is one of my favorite wineries in Washington State! They are located in Eastern Washington just outside of Walla Walla, and are well established as one of the older and accomplished vineyards in the area. Their Reisling and Luminesce are two of my favorite white wines for sipping, and their Estate Perigee and Syrah are two beautiful reds that I love to hang onto for a special occasion!
