L’Ecole No. 41 winery
L'Ecole No. 41 is one of my favorite wineries in Washington State! They are located in Eastern Washington just outside of Walla Walla, and are well established as one of the older and accomplished vineyards in the area. Their Reisling and Luminesce are two of my favorite white wines for sipping, and their Estate Perigee and Syrah are two beautiful reds that I love to hang onto for a special occasion!

Some tips and recipes if you are planning to host a "tasting party"! We turned our Oscar viewing party into an annual tasting party and it is a fun event we look forward to every year! The easy recipes I used were for salmon bites, gazpacho, and no bake cheesecake. Enjoy!
