Amavi Cellars is a must visit when checking out the south side of Walla Walla. One of their most notable features is their big deck perfect for watching the sunset... amazing views!
What happens when you and a blog friend live around the corner from each other and like the same restaurants? You meet for Brunch at the Barking Frog of course!
L'Ecole No. 41 is one of my favorite wineries in Washington State! They are located in Eastern Washington just outside of Walla Walla, and are well established as one of the older and accomplished vineyards in the area. Their Reisling and Luminesce are two of my favorite white wines for sipping, and their Estate Perigee and Syrah are two beautiful reds that I love to hang onto for a special occasion!
Seven Hills Winery in Walla Walla is one of the older and more respected wineries in the area. Their tasting room is located in an easily accessible location in downtown Walla Walla, walking distance from the Marcus Whitman Hotel and dozens of other wineries to taste at. They feature Bordeaux style reds and we enjoyed every sip we tasted. Truly, a must-visit while you are enjoying Walla Walla wine country!

One of our favorite brunch spots: Ivar's Salmon House on Lake Union, Seattle. We enjoyed brioche french toast, fresh crab legs, an omelette bar... and bottomless mimosas of course!
