Have you ever tried watching 4th of July Fireworks at Gas Works Park in Seattle? It is one of the best views, but also is a total mad house! If you are thinking about going, here is my experience and some helpful tips. Happy 4th of July everyone!
The Maltby Cafe is a tiny little vintage vibe cafe located in Snohomish Washington. They were awarded "Best of Western Washington's" Award for best breakfast in 2016. You can't go there without treating yourself to a giant cinnamon roll! If you live in Seattle or are visiting the area, this diner is a must-stop for sure!
If you are a parent in the PNW or Seattle area, an annual membership at the Woodland Park Zoo is an amazing decision! The membership is extremely affordable and pays for itself in only a few visits. Even if you do not live directly in the city of Seattle, weekdays are a perfect time to visit with ample parking and minimal lines. I absolutely suggest a Woodland Park Zoo membership to any PNW families!
A fun mommy-daughter summer day out at Golden Gardens Park in Seattle WA. A beautiful park with sandy beaches in Ballard. It usually is a little too busy to find a spot to relax on a weekend, but this Tuesday it was perfect!
It is time for Seattle Restaurant Week Again! SRW is one of my favorite Seattle area events because it encourages trying something new! Here is a list of my Seattle Restaurant Week Best Values, and favorite places I suggest you try!
Doing one of our favorite things to celebrate our anniversary... attending a Seattle Sounders game with friends! We planned out a full day starting at Fado Irish Pub, walked to the March to the Match in Occidental Square, then watched the game afterwards. We treated ourselves to seats in the Delta Sky Club (Section 206) and had an absolute blast!
The Whale Wins Seattle - A gem in the Seattle foodie scene located in the Fremont neighborhood. We had the most amazing dinner there and suggest you give them a try too!
One of the best events that Seattle has to offer - Opening Day of Boating Season!
We have snowboarded Crystal Mountain plenty of times, but had never stayed there for a weekend until one year we were running out of ideas on new resorts to try, and we are so glad we gave it a chance!
